Fall Sports
**THREE forms (concussion certification with daughter’s name on certificate, athletic permission form, and current physical) must be entered into Rank One prior to tryouts. NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT TRYOUTS**
To log in to Rank One for the first time, please click the link here and follow the instructions below!
Click the Login button at the bottom of the page --> click on Continue with Google at the bottom.
Click on "Add profile" under the student profile tab.
Add in your first name, last name, and DOB
Profile is complete! From there, click on "Forms" on the side and click each one to upload your permission slip, proof of concussion, and physical (you can either take a picture of each one and upload it, or download + edit then upload)

CHEERLEADING
Monday, August 18 - Wednesday, August 20, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Fontbonne.
*Check-in at 4:00pm in the cafeteria on Monday, August 18th.
* Regular season practices will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
CROSS COUNTRY
Monday, August 18 - Friday, August 22, 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at Fontbonne
*Check-in at 8:30am in the cafeteria on Monday, August 18th.
* Regular season practice will be Monday - Friday, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at Fontbonne.
SOCCER
Monday, August 18 - Tuesday, August 19, 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Fontbonne
*Check-in at 8:00am in the cafeteria on Monday, August 18th.
Wednesday, August 20, 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Andrews Field, Milton
* Regular season practice will be Monday - Friday from 3 to 5 p.m. at Andrews Field.
VOLLEYBALL
Monday, August 18 - Wednesday, August 20 at Fontbonne
New Players: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. | Returning Players: 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
*Check-in at 8:00am in the cafeteria on Monday, August 18th for new players

Required Athletic Forms
We have transitioned to an online sports registration platform called, Rank One. If you plan on participating in any athletics, creating a profile on Rank One is required.
To be eligible to try out, you must have an updated physical on file (within 13 months—no exceptions will be made), the permission and release form, and proof of concussion training uploaded to your Rank One account.
