GETTING HERE
Located in the heart of Milton, Massachusetts, Fontbonne is easily accessed from the I-93 expressway, as well as Route 28, so driving to and from the school is an option for many students.
Many students commute to Fontbonne via a carpool. If you are a current family looking for more information about a carpool from your area please fill out our CARPOOL SURVEY or reach out to our Admissions Director, Kathryn Meschino.
Many students register for free MBTA Stored Value “Charlie” cards (S-Cards). These cards provide discounted access for students to MBTA transportation at half price and are valid at any time. Half price passage on the Commuter Rail outside Zones 1 and 2, including Interzone travel, may also be accessed via these passes. They can be used as a Pay-as-you-go or you can upload a monthly unlimited pass ($30) at any MBTA Fare Vending Machine. Students may keep their S-card for use during summer months.
For planning purposes, the MBTA 215, 217, and 245 bus lines run closest to our School. You may search for an appropriate route on the MBTA Trip Planner.
